Payment
We accept Paypal only and require payment within seven days of the order being placed.
When payment is received the item will be posted (as soon as possible, depending on printing). We will always keep in touch regarding dispatch times and will confirm to you that the item has been dispatched.
Keep in touch with us if your payment will be late - as long as we know what is happening then we will have some flexibility. If you have not contacted us and payment is not received within seven days then the order will be cancelled and the item returned to sale.

We are based in the UK and we offer free p&p to UK and Ireland addresses. Our USA and Rest of World rates are listed on our shopfront.
All items will be carefully packed, with each print individually wrapped in eco friendly packaging and then enclosed & posted in a hard back envelope - larger items will be rolled and posted in a cardboard tube.
When payment is received the item will be posted (as soon as possible, depending on printing). Once it is shipped we are at the mercy of the post office! When we confirm that your item has been shipped, we will also include an estimate of how long the delivery time should be (based on informatiion from Royal Mail). If this is exceeded without the item being delivered then you should read the next section (refunds and exchanges) and contact us!
